Help me ID this banana plant

Conor_S.(6)August 18, 2014

I just picked up this banana plant this morning and all the tag said was banana plant $8.99. I was wondering if anyone knew the type of banana it was. Any info would be great, I will post more pictures too.

On Zebrina, the underside of the leaf should be maroon. Those splotches on the leaves lead me to believe it is something in the Cavendish family.

If you bought the banana in one of the big box stores, the most likely contender is Musa "Super Dwarf Cavendish".
