Mason Bee Location

I put up a mason bee house on April 6th and still no activity yet. I have it facing North East and about 5'5" above the ground. Should I place it in a different location. I do have a spot that faces South East and 3' or less in height.

They look for places with morning sun.

They need to warm up in the sun to start feeding, so the SE location would be better.
