I have posted an image of a tree I am trying to identify here in Phoenix. Any help is appreciated.

I'm 99% sure it's an ornamental pear tree, which are fairly popular around the valley. There's a 'Bradford' type and a 'Callery' type. Sure looks like an ornamental pear tree to me. Let's see what everyone else says.

I agree with Grant. They're commonly called Evergreen pear trees.
