Can you tell me what kind of bee this is ?

I can't see the bee but by the looks of the house it's a wasp nest.

Nice wasp. Big enough to take down a housefly I bet. Almost all wasps are beneficial because they eat flies and other flying insects. I've watched them eating aphids on the peach tree.
