Bees disappeared

ange2006October 2, 2013

All through spring-summer I see bees in my garden. The last 2 weeks or so, I have not seen any, but I see a lot of wasps instead. What do you think is the reason for disappearing bees?

It's the time of the season,..getting cooler and allot of bees are dying, some new bees & queen bumbles stay home and waiting out for spring to come. Wasp can fly in cooler weather and their population maxes out until deep freeze.

Just went online to learn about the life cycle of a bee. I'm surprised to find that they only live a few weeks. Thanks for the reply.
