Hello. I purchased this plant at a local shop and it was located next to some dyckia. I am assuming that it is in the bromeliad family. It's leaves are spiny like and it produces pups from the base of the upper leaves. Also, the pups are flowering. I have tried looking it up online, but to no avail. I had to use the camera on my phone so the pictures arn't great, but hopefully good enough.

Thanks in advance

Ross

That looks like Orthophytum 'Warren Loose' but I can't see the leave markings well even to be more certain.

Hi Ross,

Yes it certainly looks like an Orthophytum to me also, but which one I don't know as I'm not really up on this genera.

All the best, Nev.

Definitely Orthophytum, and Warren Loose (a cv. of O. gurkenii) does seem like the most likely candidate.

Here is a link that might be useful: O. Warren Loose

Thank you all so much! After looking at pics online I agree that it is probably the Warren Loose!

Thanks again!
