T. cyanea...should I water from the top, moisten the potting medium, or spray?

Mine get watered from the top so that wets the potting medium.

All the above. Water in the leaf bases, moist soil, and spray for extra humidity. Even if you only did one of the three the plant should still grow well. They're not wallflowers.
