What are the yellow spots on the leaves?

Could be a lot of things. Spider mites?

Too wet most likely or too dim lighting.Or worst of all,both. For an Agave they are not very light needy. I can grow them in light shade outdoors here if need be. But indoors, might be asking too much!
Your very newest leaf looks very pale.
