Question about swamp milkweed

catherinet(5 IN)March 19, 2011

I planted one last summer and it flowered and made seeds. Will it grow again from the old plant, or does it depend on those seeds to grow any more? Thanks.

It should return from the old root.
You may also find new babies from the seeds, if they did not float away.
