A few highlights from the tour this morning
Ernesto Sandoval with his 12yo seed grown Dorstenia gigas, 9in diameter base
Thanks, Keith. Living here in the cold north, it is a heart warming sight to see. Only wish we had venues like this to tour!
Very nice! Davis has a lot to offer.
We would often visit the arboretum to do creative writing exercises when I was studying there.
Lovely plants..sigh!! wish spring was already here..
UC Davis that is one school I didn't visit, now that I don't drive any more, I will never see, the story is do it while you are young don't wait until you retire. it's too late. Norma
I really need to move to Southern California. Awesome pics, Kieth!
I heard Stanford has a nice cactus garden
Whip, Davis is up by Sacramento, northern California ;)
OH. Well, Nor cal is still better ,climate wise, than Ohio.........
You'd better believe it! ;-)
Today, for example, was a chilly 55F....
Ironically, we had a balmy 45............ It's all about perspective! LOL
