Some of you may have seen this thread, but some not. It shows what can be done in the north with (quite) a bit of effort.

Here is a link that might be useful: Iowa succs?

Thank you for the trip. I really enjoyed it now during this cold cold winter. I can never do all that work now. It must be a hard ship doing all that during winter. But look at the rewards!

He does do a lot of work. Too bad he's somewhat of a drive by poster or I'd ask a few questions. He may come back and answer but he is just as likely to disappear for a year or two.

Wow!...just 'a bit of effort'?

I wonder how that would all fare with Snow-mageddon coming to New England tomorrow. Getting ready to closely monitor my small greenhouse...

Thanks for bumping this up tsugajunkie...

Woooaah! JimHardy, very very cool! The lights in the tents, really liking that...

And it's incredible how/that you've got those plants looking so healthy - pat yourself on the back a bunch of times for the whole thing!

Even if your neighbors don't care too much for plants, I sure hope they appreciate your efforts and bringing something different to the neighborhood...

Looks lively and fun... excellent!
