Is fasciata very variable? I see it quite often in nurseries. etc. but the foliage is much more grey & pronounced banding with a pink inflorescence. Mine is green with little banding and much darker inforescence.

Just curious. I'm fairly new to bromeliads, except cryptanthus, which I have grown for many years.
