Could someone please help me identify this poor plant. I got it as a gift in a pot with other plants. I seperated them and it isn't doing good. The leaves keep dropping. I don't know what it is or how to care for it. Any guesses would be greatly appreciated. The leaves are slightly thick and rubbery. The stem has tree like tendencies. (sorry for the poor pic, my hands aren't that steady lol)

Hi BR,

Definitely not a Kalanchoe, maybe a Plectranthus (aka Creeping Charlie or Swedish Ivy).

Folks don't come by here too often anymore since we can now embed pix into regular posts. You might try posting this same post w/ the pix to the Houseplant Forum &/or the 'Name That Plant Forum', both on Gardenweb (see top of this page) & see if you get faster, more numerous replies.

Hope this helps.
