Aechmea chlorophylla

aroideana(Tropical Australia)September 23, 2008

Years ago I did a study on the Macrochordian Section of Aechmea . Some of the members are very attractive to me , and as I had access to a copy of Smith & Downes I wanted to know more about related plants . I just got some pics of a large flowering plant I think is Ae. chlorophylla , but the FCBS only has a picture of the infloresence . Does anyone have a pic of the foliage to show me ?

hdd , you are good , that picture looks a carbon copy of the one sent to me .. thanks very much . I wish I had my own copy of Smith & Downes , really makes it a lot easier sometimes .
One copy made it onto ebay downunder a while ago and went for a very high price .
