ID request 3

milwdave(Zone5 Milwaukee)May 4, 2007

This plant was purchased in bud a few days ago. I'm thinking Parodia/Notocactus/Whatever it's called today?.....sp. scopa?

unfortunately the plant is etiolated from being kept too dark, but I thought the flowers might help. Any comments?

Here is a link that might be useful: ID #3

I think ssp scopa has more feathery type spines, but it sure looks like a noto/parodia

Definitely not Notocactus scopa, but probably some other Notocactus.
