cactus succulent identification, please

mary11(9)May 2, 2009

I bought this specimen at the local nursery. It was one of a kind, no ID attached. Unfortunately, the nursery people couldn't help. Does anybody know what this is, and its cultivation requirements?

I'm guessing either euphorbia or senecio. If it has milky white sap, it's probably a euphorbia.

It's Known as ... No kidding... A Penis Cactus!
It's a Monstrose form of Echinopsis lageniformis. It's also referred to as Trichocereus bridgesii.

I bought plant with no identification. It stands upright with rather thick light green leaves heavily bordered with white. It seems to obviously be a succulent.
Any ideas out there? Would love to propragate. Thanks
