Ok, #1 completed molt last night. #3D and #4L have just molted, and I got to watch #3 do his thang! So cool! Here is #4L after its molt. Remember that it was a light colored cat off the tree.
This is #3D just prior to molting.
Here is #3D as it begins to molt.

GOOD NEWS!!!! All 4 cats successfully molted and are bigger and eating more. Harvested more Pawpaw for them just now. This is so exciting! Sorry if I post too many pics of them.. :o)
Not at all!! I'm enjoying the docudrama:) You should be proud!!
Love it! keep the pics coming!!!
Thanks guys! I am obsessed with these caterpillars. They are different in so many ways from other species that I have raised. It takes hardly any provocation for them to protract their osmeteriums. In fact, sometimes simply opening their containers is threat enough! I am often greeted with the sight of the bold golden glands and the potent odor which accompanies them. It's a smell unlike anything I have ever smelled. They like to hide underneath the Pawpaw leaves and will even crawl in between the layers of the napkins to hide. I open the containers and can't see them anywhere. They are just so cool. New group pic coming soon. Thanks for indulging me and for your nice comments and encouragement! :o)
Love, love, love all the photos! Please keep sharing them with us. This may be the closest some of us ever come to these little guys.
