It's a favorite bloomer in the late autumn -- Crassula mesembryanthemopsis.
Hope you like it.
al - i pretty much just lurk on gw now...but had to log in and and say WOW! i like that! i will keep my eye out for one of these. is it hard to grow? tfs
Yeah that's very nice and I can see why it's a favorite bloomer.
I have this Crassula ID'd as "C. mesembryanthemopsis" but have a feeling it is a hybrid, possibly C. 'Morgan's Beauty' because it really doesn't look like any pictures I've seen of C. mesembryanthemopsis. Any help with what it is? Thanks.
Wow, never seen one of those, that's Gorgeous.TFS
Bikerdoc, I saw your post in the C&S forum. Don't know if your flowers got any more pink coloring to them than the pix you had posted. Still think it looks like a cross of Crassula mesembryanthemopsis x C. falcata.
Unfortunately, my friend, Al, who posted this in 1906, passed away a couple years ago. He might've been able to shed some light on it for you. A man with a fabulous collection & wealth of knowledge about succulents, also a great photographer...gone. RIP, Al!
