Lime green perfection!

Ohio_Green_Thumb(Zone 5b NW Ohio)November 19, 2005

This Haworthia turgida has to be the most visually pleasing Haworthia in my collection. It is so symmetrical, and its leaves are at the peak of turgidity. Gee, I wonder how it got its name???

And here is the spiraling Haworthia limifolia, nickname "Fairy Washboard".

Plants came from Daniel's Nursery in AZ.

Handsome, healthy looking plants, a very nice lime green & as to the H Limifolia, it's one of my original favorites. This plant single-handedly got me into succulents (well, besides Crassulas) 'cause I like strange textures' & to my eye this plant looks like living sculpture.

Lovely to see, thx for the post!
