Unknown purchase, need ID

From a local plant shop.

The shop owner has no idea.

I did a search tonight and the best guess I have is pachycereus grandis, but I think I'm wrong. It doesn't quite look right.

Any clues?

I believe cactus Kate is on to something! In my book it gives it a rather antiquated genus: Cereus (Ritterocereus) griseus. It has probably been lumped into the Stenocereus clan since the date of publication on this book. I have seen these cultivated widely by cuttings.

I think Kate has nailed it.
I did a google with Steno... Griseus. Slight difference in the color of the spines at the apex, but I must agree.

Thank you VERY much!
