Matthew,

I'm an amateur so my thoughts may be way off, but I'll take a stab at it and later see what those who know more have to say:

1. Rebutia
2. Thelocactus setispinus
3. Gymnocalycium
4 & 5. Echinopsis - not a clue which ones

OK, so I'll only stick my neck out on #2. The rest I at least hope I'm in the ballpark.

#1 Rebutia Krainziana. Thats probably the easiest one. Love the flowers on those last two.

Matthew,
I agree with 1 and 2, #5 looks like my Echinopsis eyriesii.

Mathew,
No. 4 looks like Echinopsis oxygona to me.

G'day Matthew, that gymno may be oenanthemum, the Echinopsis I'm inclined to agree with Dan and Dennis, are oxygona (multiplex) and eyiesii

Cheers, CP
