My first Swallowtail of the year

msmorningsong(SW FL 10A)July 30, 2014

I finally had one Swallowtail make it through! Still waiting to fly, I had to uncover the fennel (loaded with cats from another female swallowtail) so that it can fly away.
Just thought I'd share a couple of pictures, as they are the first I've had this year.
Can't wait to recover the cats though, the predatory wasps
got all but the one adult seen here, so I screen-covered the
new batch
