I Have a 5 years old healthy Magnolia,but no flowers.Why?

I wouldn't worry about it not flowering at only five years old. That's about the earliest it is likely to start flowering, but many don't flower until they're twice that age. If it had any stress during the first couple of years it could easily push the first flowers back a couple of years.
