Anyone know of a camellia that is hardy in Zone 5.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you would have to grow them in a greenhouse in Zone 5. Zone 6 is the limit at this time. This hardiness is actually attained by making them bloom either early (before winter sets in) or late (after danger of most frosts has passed).
