1. Eastern Tiger Swallowtail. They love Milkweed nectar and Phlox.
Host plants include Prunus serotina and Tulip Trees, as well as Sweet Bay Magnolia. Use whichever prevails in your area.
2. Comma, I think...Bananas and/or mangoes in a raised dish really attracts them. They prefer overripe fruit and only sometimes come to flowers. Their hosts include Hops, Nettle and Elms.

It's hard to tell from the pic, but #2 looks like a Question Mark; it seems to have the "eyebrow" over the spot near the edge of the forewing. Also, the tails on the hindwing, and the violet border also make me think QM. A pic of the underside would really help too, but they don't aways cooperate.
