Zone 5 Hardy Tea?

tucker303(z5CO)June 5, 2006

I have been trying to search to see if there is a zone 5 hardy camellia sinensis. I am having no luck. I have a Korean Small Leaf which I need to bring in in the fall but is there just a thing as a zone 5 hardy?

The cold-hardy varieties developed by William Ackerman and Dr. Clifford Park allow people in Zone 6 to grow camellias in the ground but I have not seen any that is officially advertised for Zone 5. Luis
