This is the first time I ever grew cabbage and now that I have one I don't even know what to do with it....haha.
The only thing that comes to mind that sounds appealing to me is maybe a Corn Beef dish. Anyway, tomorrow it gets the knife.

There are a lot of great cabbage dishes you can play with. I like to make lasagna roll-ups with the outer leaves. It has everything you would find in your favorite lasagna recipe except you use the cabbage leaves instead of pasta, and you roll-up each serving individually. It's an Italian stuffed cabbage of sorts. Don't forget soups, salads and fish tacos.
