Green Scene this weekend at Fullerton Arboretum!

This weekend is the annual 'Green Scene' plant sale extravaganza a the Fullerton Arboretum. I've gone several years in the past and always picked up something new and interesting, along with a huge bag of Kettle Corn which was gone within hours. :)

I'm so sad to miss this, I had it on my calendar to go. Had to work on call this weekend. Let us know how it turned out, Jenn!

Hi Patty -- we went yesterday for a short time. I am experiencing some health issues that are keeping me from doing much gardening at the present time, but I needed to get some sunshine so we just stayed a short time.

At the Geraniaceae booth, bought a Pansy-Face Pelargonium and Geranium maderense.

At the Potting Shed, bought three tomatoes, each for $1: Sun Sugar, Church, and Chico III.

And, last but not least, a huge bag of Kettle Corn. :-)

It was HOT and the line was long at the flavored ice stand. Today should be about 10 degrees cooler and more comfortable for those who wish to stay longer.
