Separating pups from Aloe Vera Plant

donna_16(6A-6B)April 2, 2013

Hi there,

I inherited my grandmother's 36 year old aloe plant (which I have successfully transplanted, yay!) and now it produced a couple pups. I want to be careful when transplanting these little guys.

Is there a certain process to separate them? Do I replant in the smallest pot possible in a cactus/perlite mix?

I really appreciate all suggestions, thanks!
