Diervilla lonicera or bush honeysuckle, is a native shrub which will take low light and dry soil. It grows to about 4'.

-Diablo Ninebark (dark purple)
-Weigela (wine?) (dark green/purpl(ey))
-Japanese cone yew (Evergreen)

I grew the native diervilla lonicera in dry clay and part sun. Beware that it is a suckering shrub that spreads underground.
