Caterpillar Identification?

Creative_PoisonAugust 6, 2014

I found a caterpillar yesterday and i have no idea what it is! I've been looking online and in books and i just can't find it. I live in the uk, in Wales, so its a type known to the uk/wales probably. It's about an inch long, has tufts of hair all over its body and one orange stripe going down the length of its back. The only better description i can give is it has the same appearance as the leopard moth but only has one single stripe down its back. Also I should add, it's dark brown/black in colour. All help is appreciated, thank you! :)
