Not sure if tubes are good...they've in storage for a second winter in my basement.
I'm not sure what you mean. If you mean that they have been in storage for 2 years without planting, then I would suggest that they will not be good. However, if you mean that you have stored them for two winters, and planted last summer as well, then they could very well be okay. Check to see if there are shoots coming up. If there are, they will be okay. If they are dried up and shrivelled, compost them.
