New gardener - what's going on with my zuchini? help!

christinemaylamJuly 17, 2014

I'm a new gardener. Just started gardening this year. I notice this kinda of white looking stuff on the stem of my zuchini plant. Only 2 out of the 6 have it. It's not powdery nor moldy looking. I'm thinking it might just be my plant growing. What do you think?

Are there any signs of webs? Is it sticky? Are any of the white things (or any other coloured things) moving?

Solrry, I really am not able to give an answer, but those questions seem important. :)
