Chinese evergreen oak in Vancouver

Vancouver has some solutions for fall foliage. How about trees that don't defoliate in the fall. These trees make for nice cover when the rain hits in winter.

Yes Vancouver is lovely,,,,1 day of rain this summer..how about that..enjoyed your pictures and ty for sharing them.
