MG: Can you ID this Nov flowering shrub?

Talk about a pounding after such a dry summer. Go figure that I can't burn until Dec in my area of Vic. I took this pic of a fragrant shrub that's flowering in a park here in Vic. Can you identify it?

Could it be Chelone obliqua? I have one that looks alot like the photo and is still flowering as we speak.

I thought from the flowers that it might be some kind of sage. Do you think it might be Cherry Sage/Labiatae salvis greggii? Here's a pic. Good luck. Marric.

I looked up the names and Cherry Sage is a match. So they can flower twice (spring & fall) like some Rhodos. Even in cool, dark conditions.
