Trim for Appearances???

This variegated Kalancho/paddle plant...got a bit too much rain...would it do the plant harm to trim off the spotted leaves to make it look better as it continues to grow???

I'd throw them away, or try to root them, too (Kalanchoe leaves are known to root easily if they're viable), but yes, I'd remove them if it was my plant.
