The AL is so beautiful! Some of my asters are blooming now, and the others, like the Georgia asters, are in bud.

The BST cat is just adorable!

nice photos leafhead. Painted ladies have been scarce up north this season.

We had a monarch straggler come through the garden in Minnesota today...he nectared in our benary's giant zinnias until the sun started fading. He is probably sleeping in up in a tree. It's supposed to be warm this week so hopefully he'll hang out for a bit. Tony

I've had an abundance of Ladies this year...
Hawaii, yes, that is a Black Swallowtail (BST).
