Carnivorous plants I could grow on my balcony?

Hi all,

I'm a novice gardener becoming increasingly interested in growing carnivorous plants. Right now I only have a Mexican butterwort, but I am interested in learning what (if any) varieties of carnivorous plants I could grow in a pot on my balcony. Is there a variety of pitcher plant that I could grow in my climate without having a large bog garden? I do have two 3' * 3' plots in my local P-Patch, but these are full of my vegetables for at least the next few months. Are there carnivores that could thrive potted outside? I'm also curious if anyone has bought plants offline with success, and which sites they used.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

I think you meant online?? There are many sites that are good. Ebay is not so good.

I live in an upper apartment of an 8 apartment complex. I have buckets, as minibogs with VFT's, Darlingtonia, and Sarracenias. They do well enough out there.
