Hee hee! Funny post.
That's my kind of plant! If I could grow a few thousand of them it might make a dent in my bug population.

Petio: Those fungus gnats are like a built-in, self-perpetuating food supply. Sadly though, one of my sundews caught a lacewing the other day. I hate it when they kill beneficials, but I figure it all balances out in the end.

What's amazing about my photo, to me at least, is that the earwig couldn't just crawl out of the trap. It was still alive when I took the photo. Apparently those downward-pointing hairs really do the trick. I'd have thought it was physically impossible.
