Hello! I am currently here in. Tampa, Florida, took this pic in my relatives yard, not sure what it is, pls. Help?
They're barred sulphurs - Eurema daira. The white one is the female.
Plants are Matchweed (Verbenaceae).
Host plant of Sulphur pictured is Bidens pilosa (Spanish Needle), another excellent, though weedy nectar source.
Thanks Leafhead and Ms.Sherry:-) I think they are just so cute but tiny!
I would like to ID the MATCHWEED into oblivion. I too live in Florida and hate this noxious weed. It can take over your yard and grows under and over any existing grasses like Bahia or St. Augustine. Cute huh? It is so cute, I may just try to kill it!

Matchweed? Is that the same thing as Frogfruit? Is it is, it's not very invasive here!
