Best Book on Nepenthes

pacific_pintosSeptember 28, 2010

I started collecting a variety of Carnivorous plants last year; American Pitchers, Droseras,Nepenthes, Darlingtonias, and fly traps.

I have D'Amato, Slack, and Rice books on them, but often find they are lacking information I am looking for (i.e. size the pitchers or leaves will grow to).

Is there a book I am missing or is the information that I am seeking just scarce due to the number of varieties?

Too many varieties and not enough writers on the subject. You might have better luck finding that type of info here.

Here is a link that might be useful: Flora nepenthacaea
