I have a bunch of salvias waiting to go into the front yard. We went to the UC Berkeley botanical garden sale, and they had so many of them, in every color you can imagine, and the whole array was crowded with honeybees. I couldn't resist...one each of every color.

Yes, this salvia was introduced by the UCB botanical garden in 1993 I believe. A South American native. I believe I got the seeds for mine from the UCB botanical garden.
