Yes, informataive for sure. I think it was Al who had similar things to say on this subject some time ago? It doesn't specifically mention succulents, but down the page someone posts about his hens and chicks. Do succulents prefer acidic soil?

Thanks for the link - it's going to be useful for sure - I might have the Journal around somewhere that has an article dealing with the same subject.


It does mention xerophytic plants, does it not? Thems be succulents.

And Mr. Roberts frequently contributes well-written articles on a variety of C&S-related subjects to the Cactus and Succulent Society Journal of America (the CSSJ which is referenced in the article).
