How long do citrus seeds stay viable?

I took a lot of citrus seeds out of some Seville Oranges as I was making marmalade a couple of weeks ago. I planted a few but still have some more that I have kept in a damp paper towel in a ziploc bag in the refrigerator. How long will these seeds keep? Thanks.

Citrus seeds generally need to be planted immediately. Not sure of germination if kept cool and moist. It's an experiment. Post the results you find.

Until they mold. If you dry them overnight and dust with fungicide they will keep for several months stored dry in a ziploc bag in the refrig. I do this every year to save from the fall to the spring. I've got a pint of flying dragon and a quart of swingle seeds(for which I paid $130) stored right now.
