Some of my first blooms for the season (pics)

Just some pics because I am so glad to see some blooming again after a long winter! Although Josephine has been a slow grower for me, she is absolutely gorgeous! ( I love all of my clems too, but she's been a trooper and a tough little lady!)

Nice grouping. I have Josephine but no blooms yet.

Does Crystal Fountain always bloom that color for you?

Yup, pretty much always blooms like this. Remember, you are only seeing the colors as they appear in a photo. :)

Beautiful clematis! Is that a blue forget-me-not, to the left of Mr. Ruppel?

You're clematis is beautiful. What are those pretty blue flowers planted off to the side. They go perfectly with your clemmies. Thanks for sharing your photos.

And let me tell you, they don't let you forget 'em! They come back year after year, no matter what I do and spread like crazy within my bed! I love them in spring and have decided to just go with them and let them do their thing! But, I have to make sure they don't spread out onto the lawn!
