In case you didn't know, I was thinking of the song by the same title ( a jazz standard written by Duke Ellington and Billy Strayhorn with lyrics by Johnny Mercer - thank you, Wikipedia) when I titled it thusly.

Well, I think Julius Caesar would agree with that statement, not sure if it holds up in modern times, though I'm not from Gaul so how would I know?
