Skinny san pedro

I have a question guys well finally got my cactus. Rooted im seeing some decent growth but it's growing skinny it sits outside all the time in full sun do i need to repot in s bigger pot? And fertilize? Any info would be appreciated

I found that it was kind of skinny as it was growing its roots. I think it takes a bit before it equalizes. But you should check to see if it needs a bit of breathing room. As much sun as possible though!
