When to water during the summer heat
Having grown up in southern California (at a time when there were actually still citrus groves everywhere) has led me to wonder about when to water my small potted meyer lemon and bearss lime trees during Virginia's humid summer heat. I have them in "Al's potting mix" but do not know if I should let them almost dry out between waterings or should I keep keep them quite damp at all times.
Thank you most esteemed citrus gurus. Your help has been invaluable in the past.
