Help! Cactus need identifying!

So this is a picture of my cactus Ricky. When I first bought it and when it was happy and healthy, but over time it has deteriorated in size and its flowers have retracted. I desperately need it to be identified!

Looks like a Mammillaria carmenae to me. Nice plant!

Oh my goodness thank you so much for helping me out! I think Ricky is dying and I need to find out whether his current state is normal or not, because he looks nothing like what he used to :(

The soil he is in is the wrong soil. It is Way too water retentive. It needs rocks, grit and perlite added to it.
