meyer lemon bloom trouble is this normal???

I found my blooms having this little black hair looks like or something else I wouldn't know anyone know if this is normal this is my first meyer lemon tree also is planted in ground if it helps in any way its been raining almost every other day in florida which has made the tree have massive new growth and blooms everywhere so everything else looks fine to me.

What happens, at least in Meyers, is when the bloom is dense and the rain is constant you get mold... most commonly anthracnose. Usually it doesn't stop the fruit from forming normally; but if you want to combat it, use a little horticultural oil with copper.
